I love black and white photography. For me, black and white is the purest form of photography. As a viewer you are drawn to form, lines, shape and texture. You fall into a good black and white image, and connect with it emotionally.
As a photographer I am trying to translate the world in abstract, connecting somehow in a more authentic way with my audience. With black and white I concentrate on light, shadow, composition, detail, story and meaning.
These are some of my favourite images from my extensive library of black and white photography. Enjoy!
